Rumor: MW2 video leaks COD subscription plan

You've heard of that membership   plan rumor going around regarding Call of Duty games, right?   Well it seems that we now have another "evidence" pointing to that. In   the form a video in Modern Warfare 2 no less.   
 
 
 
This video was recorded by a member of 360Junkies, showing what is   believed tobe the sub-plan being payable through MS Points. Now, this of   course is not confirmed in any way so we'll be tagging it as a rumor   for now.
 
 
 
 
 
The video did have this note, though, of the multiplayer session the   player was trying to get into:
 
 
 
 
“I was trying to join a friend’s session on MW2 the other   day and had this screen pop up. It clearly says at the top of this menu:   ‘Modern Warfare 2 Membersh’, in which we can confidently assume that   the last word is “Memberships”. If you’ll notice at the bottom is an   option to “Add Microsoft Points”, clearly indicating that this was   intended to be a menu for purchasing different levels of Membership,   presumably memberships would have been offered in a variety of   durations.”

im not trying to be andy now, but i gotta say BS dude. neither TreyArch nor InfinityWard (whatever is left from the old IW) has gone completely nuts. this would simply, by one swing, KILL their whole franchise as we know it.

i am pretty sure it would. hence no one would pay for it, because their games are already being hated by most people, and not cuz they are bad, but cuz IW do not think about stuff they put in them, and barely test them...

i am pretty sure it would. hence no one would pay for it, because their games are already being hated by most people, and not cuz they are bad, but cuz IW do not think about stuff they put in them, and barely test them...

yea that's right cause out of 14.4++ million people no one would pay for online. If only I could think of a game where people constantly pay for online...
