Anyway, on the top: Plus I think does offer a lot. And if you are willing to shell out 50bucks a year on xbox just to play online, I am sure this is a much better deal. And I do both and I view more value in the Plus than Live Gold

was talking in a general sense, say, if you lay out money for something, you are gonna believe tht its great, and force it on other ppl. otherwise, if even you yourself admitted that the product/service you bought was poor quality (or did not live up to your expectations) or too expensive and still bad, it would make you seem retarded.

I disagree. You buy it thinking its great then you find out if it is or not. Like I hate paying for Live and its buggy as crap, drops a lot, the party chat sucks, and its always dropping games. I say it. But I have to pay for it to play online. If you pay and hate, you warn so others don't waste their money.

Plus offers a lot of content free and discounted. So for that I'd vote to get plus. If they don't have things you like, then don't get it. Its still free to play online and get updates as always. I like the games it offers and the deals it provides. So I don't mind paying 50bucks a year when in the long run its saves me hunrdreds. Yeah sony is making money by now selling games to people that normally wouldn't but them, but thats the business model and I am fine with it. As logn as I get me my deals I am good

obviously i wasn't talking about necessary services, like XBOX Live, or the water/gas/electricity at your house. utilities must be paid for if you want electricity or water, even if you are not satisfied. i was talking about services that fill your wants, and not your needs :)

i attend a business school, posts might not make sense sometimes :)
